Investigating New Territory Through The World of Writing

There are so many epiphanies I have had over the last two years, I cannot begin to name them all.  But, today’s epiphany is worthiness.  Living into the idea of worthiness is being illuminated as I read The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene BrownImage

We live our lives constantly trying to fulfill the model of success our western culture endorses – as if we have to earn it.  We are already worthy.  Embracing the idea that we are given the gift of worthiness, through grace, can ease the burdens of shame and guilt that pervade our thought patterns.  This helps us to live with more joy and gratitude.  So, today I celebrate the awareness that I am worthy.  Even if I haven’t washed the windows, I am worthy.
